Every DHAMRA member profile completes a structured 5-stage review process before appearing in the public verified directory.
The realtor completes the DHAMRA online registration form, providing complete business credentials including company name, CEO name, operating city, contact information, DHA dealership number, and supporting documents.
The DHAMRA Verification Officer reviews all submitted files against DHA Multan authority records. This includes checking membership card validity, verifying CNIC identity, and auditing office credentials.
Upon fulfilling all compliance checks, the Executive Committee issues administrative approval. If amendments are needed, the applicant receives detailed feedback via email.
Following administrative approval, the member receives a cryptographically secure, time-limited email verification link to authenticate their official business email address.
Once email verification is completed, the member accesses their portal to review their profile details. The verified listing goes live on dhamra.org/members with an authentic DHAMRA badge.
Profiles appear in the public directory ONLY after all 5 verification stages are completed.
DHA dealership numbers and credentials are authenticated prior to public listing.
Official email must be confirmed via a secure cryptographic token.
Members can only manage their own verified profile.
Changes to sensitive business fields trigger administrative re-verification.
Members can be suspended or deactivated by administration if compliance expires.
