How Verification Works
ممبران کی تصدیق کا 5 مرحلہ وار طریقہ کار
Every DHAMRA member profile completes a structured 5-step review process before appearing in the public verified directory.
Member Submits Registration Application
The realtor completes the DHAMRA online registration form, providing complete business details including company name, CEO name, city, contact information, and company description. Required documents include DHA/dealer membership credentials, CEO photo, company logo, and office address proof.
Document & Identity Review by Admin
The DHAMRA verification committee reviews the submitted application. This includes checking DHA/dealer membership validity, reviewing uploaded credentials, verifying official email address, and confirming business consistency. Admin may approve, decline, or request corrections.
Admin Decision & Notification
If the application meets all requirements, admin issues formal approval. If corrections are required, the applicant receives an email with specific instructions and a secure link to update only their own submission.
Official Email Verification
Following administrative approval, the member receives a cryptographically secure, time-limited email verification link. The member must click this link to confirm ownership of their official business email address.
Profile Review & Publication
After email verification, the member logs into their dashboard and reviews their complete public profile preview. Once confirmed by the member, their profile is published to the live verified directory.
Verification Standards & Controls
Strict association governance measures to maintain directory integrity.
Profiles appear in the public directory ONLY after all 5 verification steps are completed.
