During membership registration and subsequent profile administration, we collect business and professional information including: applicant name, CNIC number, official email address, mobile/WhatsApp numbers, business entity name, office address, and DHA/dealer registration evidence.
3. Strict Confidentiality of Sensitive Documents
Submitted identification documents (such as CNIC copies, DHA dealer registration cards, and private office leases) are stored in secure administrative repositories. They are used solely for identity verification and are NEVER published on public directory pages.
4. Public Directory Visibility
Only authorized public profile fields (such as company name, representative name, designated public contact numbers, city, verified badge status, and official membership number) are displayed in the live member directory upon explicit publication approval.
5. Data Retention & Member Rights
Member records and compliance logs are retained in accordance with association administrative governance. Members may access, update, or request modification of their profile records through their member dashboard.
