1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering with the DHA Multan Realtors Association (“DHAMRA”) website, directory, or member portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, association bylaws, and applicable laws of Pakistan.

2. Independent Nature of the Association

DHAMRA is an independent professional realtors association. DHAMRA is not a department or legal subsidiary of DHA Multan. References to DHA Multan denote the geographic and regulatory operational jurisdiction in which member realtors practice.

3. Independent Property Verification Requirement

Listing in the DHAMRA verified directory confirms association review of membership submission only. DHAMRA does NOT act as an escrow agent, broker of record, or guarantor for private transactions. All visitors must independently verify property titles, allocation records, and financial payments directly with DHA Multan authorities.

4. Member Obligations & Code of Conduct

All registered members must maintain truthful business information, respect the DHAMRA Code of Ethics, and fulfill their professional responsibilities to clients and fellow members with transparency and honor.

5. Administrative Authority

DHAMRA administrators reserve the right to suspend, decline, or expire any member profile found in violation of association standards, falsifying documentation, or engaging in conduct detrimental to public trust.
